Any of you smart persons out there like to help me out please?

I'd like to sync my Outlook 2000 calendar with the 8100 - i'm using Desktop Manager 4.3, but when I go to Synchronise/Configuration/Configure synch.. and then hit Calendar, all I see is ASCII Importer/Exporter and Yahoo! as options to sync with.

Is it me?

I'm a newbie at this too, but I read somewhere that outlook 2000 is not compatible with 4.3. I am actually searching the thread to see what the highest version I can go to and still use outlook 2000 is, Anybody know? I'll let you know what I find.

I just found that the latest version compatible with outlook 2000 is the DM 4.2 service pack 2. You will have to uninstall 4.3 and download and instill this one. Best of Luck

I never could get Outlook to sync with my 8100 and I'm running 4.3 too. I got fed up after trying about 15 times to tweak it and went to the BB site and downloaded BlackBerry Unite, and it syncs everything (calendar, email, etc). At first I couldn't get it to recognize my email accounts, but I unchecked the verify box at the bottom and it worked then. Good luck. I gave up on Outlook.

Be aware if you download BBUnite it takes over the browser on your phone.

I have the same issue. The DM won't detect my outlook. Just the ASCII and Yahoo options. I can't figure it out.

I hope someone has the answer.
