I have seen several posts in that last week or so asking about the calendar no longer syncing as it once did......one of these posts were mine.

I went to this link:

and downloaded the 4.5 OS, took about 7-10 minutes and went without a hitch. Calendar now syncs again.

--my fingers got mixed up typing the title....hit submit as I was proofreading oops--
