Pretty new to the BB's, had my pearl less than a week. Seems like there are several users who recommend the opera mini. What would I use this app for? I did try to download it and can't seem find the location to accept the user agreements. Your opinions and compliments would be appreciated.

I couldn't find it at first. When you get stuck at that user agreement page hit MENU! That will do it.

How about a little more info, like why do you love and what do you use it for?

I used to use OM but removed it. I feel that the BB browser is sufficient enough plus only the BB browser is able to download OTA....OM you cannot. Just my opinion, plus it just takes up more precious free memry on the Pearl.

Opera mini 4.1 OTA DL link.

It's a supplement to the BB browser, opera can download media to your memory card, i've made it to 100Meg so far. BB browser stops at 5M.
Everything else is hard to explain, try it yourself and decide, some sites I use the BB browser, some sites I need opera.

I used OM for a couple of days and went back to the OEM browser. OM seemed a bit slower. Can't wait for Mozilla's FireFox Mobile to come out. Hopefully it'll run faster!!

The default browser is great for mobile versions of sites (myspace mobile etc.) but if you want the full version of a site I would suggest using Opera mini.

I have om. I use it for sites that don't work well on the BB browser. I use om for CB only when someone attaches a pic and doesn't post an url.

For the most part I use me BB. I downloaded 4.1 and immediately removed it and downloaded 3.2 (I think). 4.1 just did not seem user friendly.

I use both OM and the BB browser for different web sites. Mobile web sites are definately better with BB, full blown web sites are easier to navigate with OM. They compliment each other. Good to have both on your BB.

I use the 4.1 and love it I use it for everything except when I'm gonna do an OTA. It seems much faster to me and I enjoy the way it collapses the sites that are too much for BB browser to handle. I need to upgrade to OS 4.5, but my computer is down at the moment. Wish there was an OTA.
