When I go to Options > Advanced Options > Applications, my BB only shows me the third party applications that I installed. Also, when I'm connected to the Desktop Manager and use the Application Loader, I only see the third party apps.

At one point, I was able to see everything (that's how I was able to get BB Maps uninstalled) but now all the out of box applications seem to be hidden.

I recently activated BES...could this have something to do with it? Thanks.

Did you try a Battery Pull? You might try resending your service books from the BES website to your berry.

I would think so. There is probably a new IT policy in place on your phone limited what you can and can't do.

Do you mean resending the service books from the BIS website? I don't think I have access to do anything with BES.
