So I just got my pearl yesterday and have been playing with it a lot. It feels somewhat awkard trying to hold it with both hands while typing, but also feels uncomfortable when trying to hold and move my finger across the keyboard typing letters with one hand...maybe it's something I'll get used to? what works for you?

I've only had my pearl 2 months so I still hold it with two hands, I don't want to drop it!!!! LOL

I definitely use the 2-thumb method for typing. Don't need but one hand for simpler stuff.

Maybe because my nails are so long I couldn't possibly imagine holding my pearl with two hands. I'm a one hander but I switch from hand to hand I can't put this thing down!

It depends on how long the message is--if it's a short one, I can do it one handed, but if it's a long one, I hold it with one hand and type with the other.

I use 2 hands but the weird part is that I use my left thumb and my right index finger to type instead of using both thumbs Does anyone else type like me?

Usually two handed, but for short quick msgs I'm also one handed. That's the nice thing bout SureType & small/tight Pearl keypad, it allows for one-thumbed operation which isn't do-able on qwerty keypads.

For anything that requires a lot of typing, I use both thumbs.If its short and sweet or just browsing around I use one.
