Just got my first smartphone today.
Its been abused majorly.
took me two days to figure out why it wouldnt charge
so heres problem #1:
usb thing is broken and has to be halfway plugged in to work
so i think this causes problem #2:
Cant connect to PC.
And finally problem #3:
only little trackball thing works no other buttons and i cant even click the ball thing in.


So any suggestions before i take it to ATT this weekend?

I would get it exchanged! It's gonna cost more to fix your problems than if you were to get it exchanged for free!

Seeing as the OP says he/she just got the phone today and that it abused, I am
assuming this is not a new phone so warranty is off the table.

Fixing it may be cost prohibitive and no assurance that something else isn't
wrong with it.

OP, if you did buy/acquire this phone used did you know upfront about these issues?
