Hi has anyone else got this issue. i got a pearl 9100 3g quad band. i can send emails but not receive them. i contacted oragne and they done some tests and siad on there side everything was ok. i did a battery pull host table etc, but still not getting my mail.. any help would be greatful.. thanks

Step 1 would be sending the service books.

Step 2 would be going in to email setup and make sure the account is validated. Sometimes it shows as validation required. You will just have to reenter your email password.
