    My pearl is plugged in, both the outlet and the phone and yet the pearl just isn't charging....

    Anyone else have this problem or know how to remedy this situation???

    Are you plugging into a pc to charge? If so you need to install the desktop software. This will install drivers to allow your blackberry to charge.
