    I bought a used 8130 and am trying to set up the email on it and I keep getting a message that an account already exists for the device from the previous owner. How do I reset it so I can set it up for me?

    The previous owner has to cancel their account that's associated with that particular PIN.

    You need to get the pin released from the previous users account. Contact the seller and ask them to have the PIN released.
