Hey all,

Sorry if this has been beaten up in previous threads, but i spend most of my time in the Storm forums. And when you try searching for this topic, it brings up every post ever made in the forums.

Anyways, my sister has a Pearl on T-mobile. She complains about it deleting all of her messages and call logs at random intervals. With my storm, i'm familiar with loading new OS' all the time, but is this a problem that could be fixed with a new OS for her pearl?

Her memory is low, check out the thread on how to increase her memory. Also new os would help her.

Yea definately a memory issue, check options>status and check file free, I always recommend at least 5 million bytes or 5 MB...
