Hi all
I am new her (about one week) so please excuse my noobness.
I have a special ringtone set for a specific contact. I find that if I have my active profile set to vibrate and ring, and that specific contact leaves a voicemail, I recieve only a vibrate alert. Anyone else's voicemail gives me vibe and ringtone alert. Any way I can fix this?

Voicemail is NOT contact specific! But, if the said contact calls, then yes, you should hear the ringtone you set for them...

That's what I figured. May have to visit verizon. Maybe an issue with this particular phone.
