I got no reception in my bedroom, started to have that problem a week ago......always had reception here before (had the phone for a year now), it's really annoying!!! Is there any way to boost it?
If you've always had service, and haven't changed anything, call your carrier. There's a good chance they have a tower issue in your area. Another good idea is to refresh your Preferred Roaming List. I don't know how to do that on a Sprint phone, but if you call Customer service, they will tell you.
With Sprint you have to call CS and tell them you would like to flag your account for a PRL update. Hang up after it has been flagged and then call back *2 your PRL will then be updated.
Just did mine and it helped me a lot, but that is just me. Sometimes it helps, some times it hurts you.
