OK.. this is getting weird now.

The battery drained down overnight, which was a bit weird in and of itself.

So I charged it back up for about 4 hrs this morning and it's reporting a 90% charge. Cool. So I turn the radio back on. It works and the lil arrows are doing their thing... then it goes from full signal to "x" to "off".

It's done that about 15 times this morning. I cleared the event log. Pulled the battery out for a couple of minutes. Have a mess of free file space...

I don't get it. Any clue what's up with it?

Do you have facebook on your BB? It's been known to cause all kinds of probs...

If not, are there other apps running (Hold down the ALT key and press the Shift Key, then scroll with trackball) that may be killing your battery?

Are you in a bad signal area where your BB might be continually looking to reconnect to the network?
