i only have edge on my bb (small letters), and i am not able to connect to the internet. now i talked to my service provider and since they dont support BB, they were able to help much, however they gave me the following information, I just dont know where i put this in...

They gave me an APN address, username and password > when i put this in, still no internet

They also gave me an EPN address and an IP address, home page, username and password > i dont know where to put these into my BB??

OPTIONS> ...then where?

That is where the APN goes. I have no idea what an EPN is.
