Everytime I plug my blackberry in it says nothing to configure or sych???? I have no idea how to run this damn thing. it is terribly frustrating...and I am younger techy person!!! please help!

So your problem is that message popping up anytime you plug your phone in?

it means you don't have anything set to sync with outlook or google whenever you connect your device mine does the same thing

I would like to have my outlook 2000 synch with my bb. Can I then view that caladar on my phone? How do I do that? I've tried thru the desktop manager but it doesn't recognize my outlook on my computer??? Is it too old? etc? And what are other things that people have to synch with their bb????

Desktop Manager version 4.3 only supports version of outlook 2002 and newer. You would need to use an older version of DM to use 2000.
