what is the newest version of OS for the verizon 8130? is it 4.5? im running 4.3.0.60

should i be updating, and if so how do i do that? thanks

4.5.0.138. You can download it from vz. Or look for a link in one of the stickies. Or go to RIM's website and download app loader and it will find it for you.

hey man, i appreciate your help, can you give me a link where to download it from verizon, or where to download the app loader, whichever you think would be easier for me to do to upgrade the OS, i can seem to find it

I can't post a link because I'm on wap. But of you will go to the OS SUPER PAGE in the OS discussion forum scroll down to the 8130 and there will be a link to the latest OS available for the 8130. Also go to the how to forum and you wll find a great tutorial about OS upgrades. I highly recommend that you read that tutoral. It will make your first upgrade much easier as most ofthe questions or problems you might have will be explained there.
