Can I ask you one more question without sounding dim? I've read through the whole thread and I still don't know. I'm on Orange UK and the .52 is the latest release from Orange. Can I still upgrade to the OS given at the top of this thread with no problem (if I delete the vendor of course)? I mean, it doesn't cause problems with orange, right? Thanks.

is anyone else having trouble downloading this? ive tried this and also the latest o2 software downloads but not matter what i do it always stops... the closest ive got is 90% completion.
ive also tried from home and from work and the same thing happens so its not my internet connection.
is there an alternative download link anywhere?
there is something wrong with their site. i am having a similar problem right now. all other sites and downloads i am doing is working fine.
I got around to installing this on my phone last night, but I don't like it at all. The one thing I did like, was that it gave me more memory. For some reason I just kept having problems with writing. Signing in to things like messengers was a chore because it either wouldn't type or would only type the first letter of the key that I pressed. Also, writing messages on things like facebook, I couldn't use predictive style texting (whatever that's called). I'm in the process of switching back.
