Hello All,

I am new crackberry user and I am hooked...I have what will probably amount to be a stupid question...

How do I assign a different ringtone for emails and text alert? I know how to assign a ring tone for different callers but not emails or text...can anyone help?

Unfortunately, you cannot assign a different ringtone for text messages from specific individuals. To change the alert for emails and texts, go to Profiles>Advanced>Edit.
