I love my phone and all it seems to be able to do so far. Here is the problem I am having, synchronizing.

I am running Windows Vista, which is a problem itself I know. It took me quite awhile just to get the Desk Top Manager installed I found out I needed to kill the UAC, after I did it installed with ease. Now since I have installed I have tried to sync everything and I get an error message that reads " Intellisync error code 0x80040ff8, please refer to documentation" Well I have looked all over the internet and finally happened to find you all and I am hoping somebody can help me.

Have you looked at the Sync log as well, it should provide more info, to help you with. Or do you get very far in the sync process?

where is the sync log? I am able to use all the other software i.e. media manager, device loader and so on. Only when I try to use the sync feature does it stop working and give me an error code that, so far, I am unable to find anywhere on the internet. It does sync all the messages, tasks and so forth then I get the error and everything is "deleted" ?

I had similar issues with Vista sync. Make sure the desktop version is the same software version as the handset.
