I just bought a new unlocked BB pearl from amazon.com the other day. I got it yesterday and charged it to 100%. This morning it was at 20% and I have been charging it all day and it still says 20%. I checked and I have all 5 pins and I tried my BB charger on my motorola and it works on that.
I am getting the little plug symbol next to my battery on the BB screen but it won't charge, it just stays at 20%. I plug it in to the computer and wall outlet and I get the symbol but it wont go past 20%.
Ok...I took out the battery to check it out to see if maybe it wasn't seated right or if I needed a new one. Put the battery back in and now it shows its charging.
