    Maybe someone out there can give me a hand...

    My last Pearl (8130) had a busted trackball, so Verizon sent me a new Pearl. I got it today (10/21) and transferred all my information to it and activated it, but noticed later in the day that there isn't a web browser installed on this one! This is my 3rd Pearl now, but the first one to come without a browser...Where can I get the browser from?!

    go to options-->advanced options-->host routing tables
    hit the menu button and register

    The browser has to be installed if its a new device. Are your other data functions working?

    Oh and lso if you just activated it, it can take up to 24hrs for the browser to function. Sorry, forgot to mention that.

    I had the same problem once. I did as jhill stated and boom they were there. Once the server sent the books, the icon popped up.
