no, not at all, it protects it nicely. they are a soft silicone

Yes pics would be great! Does anyone know if they make a sticker-type skin that has a rubberish feel. I just want something to make it easier to grip but not add much bulk or else it will not fit as easily in my pocket.

the silicon on my 8310 fits but on the sides if i grab my fone fast sometimes like the sides come off. its not like a tight fit. is that how its suppose to be?

I have the white silicone skin and my bb looks cool. I have a black bb pearl but I change the battery door to white and the screen to white as well so I have a black and white bb pearl. Looks good with the white silicone skin.

using the skin restricts the advantage of the holster, with my Pearl i attempted to fit it into the holster while wearing a skin with no luck. It adds approximately a 1/4 cm to all sides.

i just ordered a holster that is supposed to work with a skin on the phone. i am especially anal about my phones, i like the skins strickly as scratch protectors and being able to dress them up with different colors.

Green is my favorite color, but the green in the pic you have above looks too olive for my taste. I prefer a truer green. I just ordered a pearl (8130) - (RED, so a green skin would look to christmas-y for me) and it should be here tomorrow...and I am looking at skins to protect my new berry!
