    I know with my curve I can press alt+caps+delete.

    Anyway to do it with the flip?

    Anyone using slacker, how is it working for you? It so slow....

    to do that on a flip you'll need to download soft reset:
    Blackberry Freeware

    I haven't tried slacker.

    Problem is i have a hard case on it and the quickpull is not so quick.

    Tried the link above but it was some type of color ball app, did i miss something?

    quickpull is actually an application much like softreset.

    do a google search on your phone, and you will find both in the OTA format.
