    Hi there,
    I have just received my TMobile Blackberry Flip today.

    Firstly - I used the Desktop Manager restore function to transfer my mms, sms, calendar, etc. from my Pearl (8100) to my Flip. However, only about 20% of my contacts made it over.

    And... after the transfer completed, I got an application error on the Flip, which went away when I rebooted.

    Help!

    How can I get the rest of my contacts over without the whole going through the remaining 80% and transferring to my sim card?

    Secondly - I tried to log into my AIM account with the Flip, and got a "Service not enabled for this handset." What do I need to do to get this working?

    Any help would be appreciated!

    You should have used transfer instead the restore function in desktop manager. You could try it now and see what happens. If it won't work you may need to wipe the phone and try the transfer.

    Do you have a data plan to use the AIM on?
