Unlimited for the most part. I think they have a 5GB cap to that unlimited plan, but unless you are constantly online, you probably won't even come close to that.

I was told when I signed up that the $30 was up to 10GB, unlimited data was $50/month.

They won't charge you once you get to whatever cap they have. You will just get a reduced speed... DOWN TO EDGE SPEED lol!! Seriously this is what I have heard, so don't worry about it.

I had my MotoQ tethered and used it for about a month on and off and was never charged more.. you're fine!

I know the data plan revisions are floating around here somehwere, but i'll re-cap:

With the new consumer pearl, Big Red dropped the data packages for BBs only to 29.99 for unlimited usage. I'm sure you can still get the 10 mb for 24.99. For business enterpise guys, they still have to pay the 44.95

For other smart phones they get unlimited at 44.95 and 10 mb for 24.99.

i would call in to CS and double check you got on a consumer BB plan

Edit: All those prices assume you are getting data w/ a voice plan. If not, tack on an extra $5 per plan

I went online and checked out what plan I had. It looks like I have e-mail and web for blackberry for $29.99. I see that there is another option for 10mb for $25 and unlimited for $45. As I post this, I have been on hold with cs for about 25 minutes while this lady researches if it actually is unlimited. My patience is wearing thin sitting on hold, so I think I'm going to have to wait until I receive my first bill.

I wouldn't do that. Waiting to get your first bill could cost you. I worked at Verizon and have seen some awful bills. Know what you have inside and out.

    EDIT:

Just had one of those text chats with a Verizon rep on the site, she said it was indeed unlimited.
