hi this is my fisrt BB. it the BB pearl 8120 but im having a big problem with it.
its the radio data activation. its say NO and the rest are saying UNKNOWN. iv tryed the reset and tryed the mobile network on and off but i still can not make calls or get them or get txts and send them. i bought the BB of ebay, Its locked to o2 an its pay as you go.
so if you know how to fix it then plz let me know .

Are you with O2? Can you call them and see if they can assist? Does O2 require a data plan? If so you'll have to add that in.

hi erm no i carnt call them cos it will not let me call out from it, also the fella i got it off said he had it on pay as you go from o2.

its also says when i run diagbostic test that the APN list is empty ???

If your APN list or Host Routing tables are empty, I would think that you are not on the network, and won't be on the network until you get o2 to register the phone in your name. Have you gone through the whole registration with them? chances are just putting a random sim card in and turning it on won't fly.

H thanks anyway, but got rid of the blackberry now,
