I just got a bb 8110 & went to bb.com to check on software updates. As I was downloading the software it got to the screen where it said not to disconnect or the device might be inopperable & the phone shut off. Now all I get on the phone is the blinking red power light. If I plug in the usb it just clicks on & off, but never shows anything on the bb screen. I've tried doing a hard reset & also the steps from "restoring a nuked berry" & still can't get anything. I bought online, so I doubt I'll get any help from Tmobile if I go in. HELP!

The phone is supposed to turn off and on several times during the upgrade process. If your lucky, loader.exe will still recognize the device. Follow my guide at the upgrading process in blue, and hopefully this will be easy for you. Otherwise, move to the wipe, and even though there's nothing there, do the wipe with CrackUtil anyway.
