Network Notification (129)

All of a sudden I am getting the following message everytime someone leaves me a voice message:

Network Notification (129)
New voice mail message waiting. OK; Save

How did this suddenly happen and how can I get rid of the annoying message?

Since day one< i have always received that message: however, it was (666). When I upgraded my OS, it changed to (129).

Either, I never recieved this before or I don't remember if I ever did. I guess if you're getting this and nobody else is responding, it's normal and can't get rid of it. If you find out a way to get rid of that message, please let me know.
