I have only had my bb for about a week. I keep trying to get ringtones and it says they are downloaded but they aren't in the "my ringtones" folder. I can't seem to find them anywhere in my phone. Can anyone please help with this? Thanks

Did you look in the music folder instead of the ringtone folder?

I hope resq330's suggestion helps, that is usually where my ringtones and music go due to the extension (.mp3).

Also, when you download them, they won't show up in the ringtone or music file list at first (though, sometimes they do!) when selecting them in profiles. You will have to look for them yourself.
