It was typing in letters instead of numbers so I rebooted it and it was fine until I try to call 800 number. It lets me dial up to 9 numbers and then turns'em into letters when I punch in the last number???? What did I do or what didn't I do? I'm little confused here. BTW I upgraded to new program 2 weeks ago. TIA guys.
