    ok i have only had my pearl 8130 for a month and it keeps freezing on my and the device keeps dropping to 0 out of nowhere. i went to verizon and i guy told me to go online and update my phone but i cant seem to find any update options on the site. can anyone help me who has done this before and please let me know where to find it or if they have any other suggestions on fixing my phone. thanks

    Also enable Memory Cleaning on your phone (under Options>Security options>Memory cleaning)

    and download/install Softreset Here (OTA install)

    One saves memory. The other saves time when the first fails......
