hi

my address book for some reason has lost all contacts, i have gone to the address book icon and then to the filter, i press the filter and the business square is ticked but not the personal, i tick the personal but this still does not bring the contacts back, has anybody go any ideas?

If you are running an older OS the phone will delete stuff when it gets low on memory. If this is the case I recommend an OS upgrade and that will solve your problem. In the meantime watch your memory by options>status>file free. Pull your battery when it gets low and that will clear caches and temporary files the phone creates.

But low memory shouldn't delete contacts? Try un clicking both business and personal boxes. Have you recently wiped your handset?
