when i connect to the DM its fine and get about half way with the backup then it says error every time. It won't allow it to upgrade my os either im running 4.5.0.55 right now I've deleted the vender.xml file and everything i have updated it a few times before but this is puzzling. also my phone can reset for hours if i try to open my photo album or music sometimes it just freezes up and resets over and over im on t-mobile if that matters.
I'm having a problem upgrading my os to 4.5.0.55. I've deleted the vendor .xml file, I've run the application but still nothing happens. Should I delete the file w/ the little cell phone icon (located in the app loader) and then download everything all over again?
Make sure your using DM 4.5 or 4.6, delete the os your trying now. You should find one of my posts on here http://forums.crackberry.com/f5/newe...1/index10.html
