I updated my 8130 Pearl (Verizon) to v4.5.0.89 from 4.3. The phone for the most part runs much better.

However, I am finding that when I play music while out of network service (like when I am commuting via subways), I get this pause/stutter in the music that happen every 30-45 seconds or so. Once, I get back on the street and in coverage, the skipping stops and the music is flawless.

Anyone else experiencing this behavior after upgrading to 4.5 on your 8130 Pearl?

Yup

i typically turn off mobile network when im underground, and turn it back on once i get to the the street..

this did happen w 4.3 as well for me... dont think it is a software issue..

Same here, just turn the radio off. I don't recall this happening with earlier versions, though.

Same thing even happens on the 8330, 4.5.
