how can i clear my bb's music folder?? for some reason some of the songs were erased but the name is still there....i want to clear that whole folder and start from scratch again....how do i do that????

To just delete that folder, go to Media > BB Key > Explore > Media Card > BlackBerry> highlight "music" > BB Key > Delete.

You can also format the whole memory card by going to Options > Media Card > BB Key > Format Card

i tried that but the music stays in there but i can't play it...like under artists,,the names are still there...how do yo clear that screen..it's like it is saved in the phone somewhere...???wierd...i even took the card out and still there....

Try a reset as in pulling the battery while the device is on. Other people have reported that this clears the problem.

Yes, a battery pull should solve the ghost songs problem.
