Does SanDisk make the best product? Anyone read reviews or the like? I wasn't lucky in finding any.
Because not all memory is created equal.

You could probably get a review here. But I've not really paid attention to reviews for these cards, I like Sand Disk or Kingston - real memory makers...

I've used SanDisk and PNY with no problems. Haven't ever tried any other brand.

I just bought an A-data 2GB microSD off of newegg for $21. I will have it and phone in hand on Wednesday. Testing will begin.

I would get a 4GB microSD, but they are very hard to find at a reasonable price.

I didn't think the device could support 4GB! I thought the max was 2GB at present...

i've always used SanDisk or Kingston, and i've never had any problems. like navilyn said, i tend to stick to real memory makers...those couple extra bucks are totally worth the peace of mind...

The Curve is supposed to be able to support 4GB, but no others can at the moment that I know of. It'll probably just be an OS update to fix that.

Anyone know a fairly reasonable place to buy the 4GB Micro card? I have found the 2GB card by SD at Amazon. Sounds like that is old news though.

I also read that the Curve should support the 4 GB cards. Anyone know for sure?

Sandisk and Kingston have always worked very well for me.

Just my opinion, unless you're going to load lots of movies and music on your BlackBerry, and you travel a lot (or are always 'waiting' for something) how much data would one really get through on a device at any given time? I think, for the moment at least 2GB is more than enough, no?

    ...anyway, back on track...

Actually sandisk was the first with this type of memory. Lexar is also a very high quality brand in fact lexar is who makes the memory CF cards for the nikon pro cameras and the sony memory sticks. I have been using lexar since 2000 with no problems along with sandisk.
