Hello everybody on Crackberry!!
I used to have a blackberry 8100 but broke it, but it could hold thousands of texts and never ever have to be deleted. Now I have a Pearl 8110 and after about 50 texts half way through the day I have to delete the inbox or I cant recieve more. It tells me its full and has to be deleted. I never had to do this with my old phone...so whats the difference, what can I do so I can hold more texts. I just checked my memory and i have 22349333 bytes free.

hmm, that's strange. I typically have 1000+ texts in my inbox at a time. Could you have checked a setting off somewhere? Maybe the alotted memory for texts is too low?
I havnt changed any setting since i got the phone but i got the phone from a guy on ebay. Do you know where there could be a setting for allotted memory for text messages... I have looked through the setting and cannot find a setting for that. Where else can i look thanks
