I have a yellow message envelope on my screen and I do not have a voicemail,email,text or mms message. What could it be, or how can I get rid of it? It is driving me crazy!

whenever that happens to me a battery pull usually takes care of it.

I had that for almost 4 days one time.

I just called my carrier and what they did was just reset my voicemail and clear the envelope for me and that did the trick.

The woman on the other end of the phone said that they had been having problems with it. So maybe its just the carrier that is the problem not your phone.
