I took my memory card out while i installed the new OS and now i can't get it back in. has anyone else ever had this problem, or am i just stupid?
does anyone have any advice on how to get it back in? the little silver thing that holds it in won't line up right or something... :/

You can't just put the card in directly. You have to first open the card slot so it is facing up. Then you have to line up the card with the grooves on the slot. Then you close the card a lot making sure that the grooves line up in the bottom. If this isn't clear, there's a great video on exactly this on youtube. Just search media card installation or something similar.

You need to slide the card down into the little door while it,s open then close the door and latch it shut. Layman terms???

lol yea i know how you're supposed to do it (i've had my blackberry for 2 years), it's just not working :/
i might go look for one of those videos on youtube though. thanks
