I keep having a problem with the phone , i lose my recent call list and all my text messages like once a week is there a setting that has a time delay delete or something of that nature it will happen when the battery is fully charged also ii thought maybe it was something that only happened when the phone was low on battery life andy suggestions????

i am nbot finding what i need i dont think i have a memory problem i think that its something wrong with the phone it isn't saving any mesages or calls they just dissappear completely
