I just purchased the pearl and i need some help. i have everything working fine except when i hook my device to the computer and try to transfer media and it will not let me.it says i have 9.3 megabytes of space..which i know is not much to begin with but its enough for at least one file and it will reject it saying there is not enough memory. if you can let me know whats up, please do. i have two subfolders in my ringtones and pictures folders. one is titled preloaded media and the other device memory. does this mean i don't have additional memory and i have to purchase some? or am i doing this all wrong? any help would be greatly appreciated. thank you in advance.
