i bought a 2 g media card and put it in and it wont reconize it it says formatting failed and also says it currently being use cannot read, can any body please help my email is [email protected] I need your help please jon
1) Try taking it out and putting it in again.
2) If you have a microSD to SD adapter, put it in it and see if you can format it in your PC.
3) If both fail, it may be defective. Return it.
I had a similar issue. The phone recognized my card at first and then all of a sudden didn't recognize it. I put it into my computer and it would read it there. Ended up just pulling the batter. Give that a try.
