Lost my phone at a casino over the weekend. Purchased a new one today and trying to retrieve my numbers from the desktop manager. However, the desktop mgr does not recognize the phone and will not allow me to synchronize/backup/retrieve my data. Does anyone have ideas that might be helpful?
