My wife has an 8220 with T-Mobile and every time she does a battery pull she loses her background picture on her homescreen. She has to go select the image for her background each time. She is running OS 4.6.0.180. Has anyone else seen this issue?

What's causing her to pull the batt? Try the paper trick on the sim card.
