T-mobile sent me a refurb Pearl when the old one's camera broke. It came with a loose side rail (which is driving me nuts) and I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix it. Thanks

Remove the battery cover and look in the back either side of the camera. There are two Torx screws there. These screw into the front plastic case (so do't over tighten them) and go through holes in the side panels.
There are two others under the bottom clip-on panel of the case. To remove this, you should first view the first part of this YouTube video
. Again you just need to tighten this up a little bit until it all starts rattling.
