I have a long distance plan, and all I do is call a specific phone number and then it gives me a dial tone so that I can enter another number to connect with.
What I want to do is to be able to call that phone number and then select a phone number from my phone book and send the phone number tones to the dial tone.
I don't want to program the LD Phone number to each of my contacts, as if I am in their city, then I have to edit the phone number and remove the LD phone number in order to call them locally.
Anyone know of a way that I can send phone tones from my address book?.
I have the same issue. I could not find an answer to this either. The strange thing is that my last phone (a $40.00 el cheapo) was quite capable of sending dial tones while I called up my LD provider.
