This is for those running OS 4.2 and below. 4.3 and above will have this as a standard theme

No its not stock on the pearl. I don't think one is available either but I could be wrong.

Yes, Because you have OS 4.3.
This was more for those running 4.2, I should have made that clear.

Worth a try....

Leave the berry on and pull the battery out for 30 seconds and insert to see if it fixes the issue.

This was preloaded on my 8100 from T-Mo. EDIT: It did not come preloaded on my 8100. "L" Theme.

I downloaded it, and can only get it to work on bottom. Wont go up left side. is that your problem? i need help too i guess. If i cant get it working, ill have to go back to neon theme. Anyone help me out?

My apologies to everyone, apparently there is a bug in that
theme (no you are not all losing your minds, or doing something wrong).
I took down the link to the zip file until I can figure out
why, or if there is a working one.

I just got an 8130 this month with Telus and the L theme came standard on it.
