i pulled my bb out of my shirt pocket to read a text message this afternoon to discover that my keypad isn't working properly. if i click the trackball it takes me to the dialing screen and displays a "7", if i hit the app key it displays a "1", if i hit the green call key it displays a "4" and if i hit the back key while in the call screen it displays a "*". i can't access the menu at all, so i did a wipe with JL_Cmd then reloaded the latest firmware. all seemed to go smooth. all except the fact that the problem remains. i haven't dropped it in at least 2 or 3 weeks. only dropped it twice in the 4 months i've had it in fact. i'm very good at protecting my phones from water. any idea what this could be from and how i might possibly fix it??
