I just installed .200 and I'm alrady having issues. It freezes for a couple seconds at a time and random points while I'm doing stuff on the phone. I read in another forum that other flips are freezing during charging and I definitely don't need that happening. Unfortunately.. only after I had started installing the OS.
How can I go back to the original Software? Just reload the CD and then install over the new desktop manager? or should I uninstall everything first?
It's kind of ridiculous that an upgrade to an already working system would degrade the performance.
You can use the CD but the best way to update is to go through blackberry's online update service. It only works on IE7 and up - so keep that in mind if nothing happens when u open the page in firefox. I downgraded .200 to .180 that way. It was really a junky update - made my unit seriously lag.
