Is it possible for a theme to disable a phone's ability to connect to the desktop manager? It just happened to me. I had a theme installed and I couldn't long on to desktop manager but the moment I changed themes I was able to get onto the desktop manager. Has anyone else ever experienced this?
I had a similar issue with a theme on my wife's 8100. Whenever I had the theme installed (Pink Heart 8100 from eVeek) I could not get data service to run on her phone. As soon as I changed the theme back to an pre-existing theme, everything was fine. I know this isn't the same as in your situation, but it is a connectivity issue none the less. Hope this info helps.
I had a similar issue after putting the iberry zen theme on mine. The whole phone ran a bit slower. I did most of the memory tweaks and havent had an issue yet. I didnt get it from "eVeek" though.
